Dr. Scott Donaldson — “Papa Scott” — is a business professor at Crowder College in Missouri, where he also serves as Faculty Association President. But his favorite classroom has always been a lap, a couch, or the shade of a good tree, with his granddaughter nearby.
The Family Cookbook gathers the recipes his family has cooked for generations — the dishes that showed up at Sunday dinners, church suppers, and holiday tables, some of them handed down for more than a hundred years. Scott collected and organized all 489 of them so they'd never be lost — and so your family can cook from them too.
When he isn't teaching or writing, you'll find him serving his family and his church in the corner of Kansas he calls home.
